The Franciscan Servants of the Holy Cross

The FSHC was formed out of a necessity to bring together good Christian people who seek to deepen their relationship with God through worship and prayer and who care to work out a way to do real ministry in the world.

After much prayer, discernment, many rejection letters from main stream and independent bishops, the Lord smiled and a kind Polish Old Catholic Bishop issued the FSHC it's charter of formation.  On the day when the first Brothers met with the Good Bishop, a beautiful rainbow had formed in the sky over our humble meeting place in Beverly, Massachusetts.  All knew that God was with us from that moment.
